Preparation

Usually, it'll take a day to send out the package after payment is accepted. 

If any inquiry on an order or assistance (address change/update, payment error, wrong information, etc.), the customer should contact us directly via our Instagram 'kshop__cambodia' or Facebook page 'Kshop Cambodia' or by Phone number 092 360 614. 

Packing

Products are packed in bubble wrap and hard paper boxes basically.

Delivery Company

In Phnom Penh, we will send out the package through the Cambodia Express Delivery company (CE). The package will deliver to your location within 1-2 days after sending it out. 

To other Provinces, the package will be sent out via Vireak Buntham or J&T express. We require you to pay the delivery fee in advance if you wish to deliver by Vireak Buntham and the delivery fee is $1.5 for each package. For J&T express, you can pay the delivery fee by yourself when it arrives at your location.
